Simply Pilates Studio: Welcomes all abilities to experience Pilates, in a safe environment, with professional teachers.

Classes are held with small numbers.

Our teachers are experienced enough to adapt exercises for your individual needs and ability.

Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength, develops control and endurance in the entire body.

It puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance.
